The restaurant is run by Manh Ha Doan, who also works at Le 62 (Bib Gourmand 2021) and his wife Uyen. The couple honors the banh-mi, the emblematic sandwich of Vietnamese street food. Topped with carrot-daikon pickles, raw vegetables, fresh herbs, fried onions and homemade sauces, the sandwiches come in beef, poultry, marinated and grilled pork, fish and even vegetarian versions. It's tasty and full of flavor. We also appreciated the sweet potato mats served with it. The fresh products are of high quality.

J'ai pris le sandwich au porc, un incontournable du restaurant, et j'ai vraiment été surpris ! Des quantités généreuses, avec beaucoup de goût, après ça, vous êtes vraiment calés ????
