Jo carries on the family tradition by opening his own restaurant, where he offers a revisited Vietnamese cuisine.
Literally, the name of this modern restaurant means "grandmother's" cuisine in Vietnamese. And it's to his own grandmother that Jo Berodias pays homage when he cooks. The art of cooking holds no secrets for him: it's a true family tradition! After 25 years working alongside his parents in their restaurant La Rivière des Parfums in Les Carmes, he is now the boss. His menu is made up of traditional family dishes, to which he adds a touch of modernity. The result is as good as it gets: the flavors are powerful, the dishes are tasty and generous. For the pleasure of your taste buds, we highly recommend it!

Endroit parfait pour manger et discuter. Ils sont accueillants, souriants, vifs.
Le cadre est sympathique. Je suis passé le soir et l'ambiance était excellente.

Restaurant avec une très belle carte, des produits frais, une équipe accueillante et bienveillante (ils se sont adaptés pour nous dresser une table en plus de la petite configuration classique, sans pour autant avoir l'impression de manger sur la table d'à côté)
