Opened in 1968, La Mama is THE historical and unavoidable pizzeria of Clermont-Ferrand! The pizzas are always so delicious. What makes the difference? The well-kept recipe of Raynald Croix's father: a thick and soft dough, generously topped. For specialties, the veal cutlet Milanese style is a must try. If you have any room left, you must finish with a crème brûlée. To accompany the whole, the wine list proposes for example prosecco or the Auvergne wine of Pierre Goigoux, ideal with the plate of Parma ham and pickles.
