A must visit pizzeria in Clermont-Ferrand.

Opened in 1968, La Mama is THE historical and unavoidable pizzeria of Clermont-Ferrand! The pizzas are always so delicious. What makes the difference? The well-kept recipe of Raynald Croix's father: a thick and soft dough, generously topped. For specialties, the veal cutlet Milanese style is a must try. If you have any room left, you must finish with a crème brûlée. To accompany the whole, the wine list proposes for example prosecco or the Auvergne wine of Pierre Goigoux, ideal with the plate of Parma ham and pickles.

Une adresse très connue localement. Le lieu a énormément changé ces dernières années mais l'ambiance est restée très agréable la carte à également beaucoup évoluée. Elle s'est surtout étoffée pour aller bien au delà de la pizzeria traditionnelle. Attention à ne pas s'éparpiller parfois. Vins de qualité mais pas vraiment d'entrée de gamme.

Dishes of canteen characterless, no originality, products line entrance and half-cooked. Very disappointed we can not return. Poor value for money. Setting and service to be reviewed.
