For a surprise tasting, choose "Le secret de Marc", named after the founder of the butcher's shop. Pour moi la meilleure boucherie de Clermont Ferrand. L'accueil est y sympathique, le personnel à l'écoute et un service au top. La viande est excellente, on y trouve de très bons produits et on ressent la passion des bouchers pour leurs métier. Et la cerise sur le gâteau... Le restaurant qui est juste derrière. Je recommande vivement ce lieu de fin gourmet.

Une viande incroyablement bonne,tendre. Les ribs juste une petite merveille au barbecue.Nos papilles ont été servis.
Une viande de qualité et un service de qualité.
J'ai eu la chance de m'arrêter au restaurant qui ce trouve en arrière boutique, magnifique ! Personnelle sympathique, souriant, le boucher explique merveilleusement bien, on sent que c'est une passion.
Je recommande vivement !
