If you are asking what is behind the funny name of this new restaurant, the answer is simple: kab as in... kochon à la broche ! The idea? A French street-food restaurant, meaning with quality and local products. Here, the famous spit-roasted pig comes from a farm in Allier and the bread used for the sandwich comes from a bakery in Clermont-Ferrand. All of this is accompanied by a homemade white sauce and delicious double-cooked fries. Quality has a price, the bill is higher than at the fast-food restaurant, but the portions are very generous.

Juste génial ! Le sandwich est délicieux et le pain est vraiment bon ça change ! La viande n’en parlons pas c’est savoureux et cuit à la perfection ! La cuisson à la broche apporte vraiment quelque chose au cochon. Et la sauce est vraiment travaille on le sent dès la première bouchée, je recommande la mayo épicé ! . Ça fait plaisir d’avoir de si bon produit pour un prix si peu élevé ! Vraiment allez y les yeux fermé un véritable street food aux saveurs de l’Allier ! ( Petit plus c’est le seul kebab ou vous aurez une carte des vins ????) en bref un gros coup de cœur !
