For several years now, the restaurant with its cozy decor, a stone's throw from the Place des Carmes, has replaced the little truck. Accompanied by chef Gérald Gallur, Christophe is always motivated by his love of American culture. The recipes happily mix flavors from far away with local products. Here, the beef is Charolais from the Bourbonnais region, the cheeses from Auvergne, the vegetables gleaned from a local producer. The burgers are prepared on the spot, with a vegetarian version available on request. As for desserts, Key lime pie, cheesecake or Peanut are worthy of the best restaurants.
