In a short time, two establishments have opened in Clermont-Ferrand. It is a pizza chain that honors French flavors and local products. It may sound vague, but it's very concrete and very good when you see a beautiful pastry covered with ravioles from Romans or rocamadour made with raw milk. The menu changes regularly and it's worth getting one delivered from time to time to offer yourself an original trip between Italian tradition and French know-how. The prices are a bit high.

La pâte était parfaite à notre goût et bien cuite.
La carte est variée.
Petite amélioration à envisager me semble-t-il : des hottes plus puissantes pour éviter la trop forte et persistante odeur de pizza (meme si elles étaient delicieuses, je le répète !)
