Uncle's recipes are out of this world! At his place, you will find, in the middle of the traditional Margherita or Reine pizzas, variations with butternut squash or cauliflower béchamel gratin. The Auvergne region is also highlighted with a surprising pizza with coal-black dough, which recalls the color of the surrounding Volvic stone. Every Wednesday, on order 24 hours in advance at least, the pizzas can be gluten-free, with a dough prepared with organic rice flour.
