The decor has been given a facelift, while retaining the emblematic red banquettes and, of course, the famous stove! As for the menu, the new owners have kept the traditional cuisine for which the restaurant is famous, while adding flavors from the Basque country and a touch of innovation. Of course, truffade is still on the menu, but you can also opt for a seiche-chorizo skewer. An address to be rediscovered without delay.
