Restaurant offering dishes prepared with passion by the chef Julien Chabert.
Chef Julien Chabert delights us with his passionately prepared dishes. Gourmandise is the order of the day. The dishes on the à la carte menu are proof of this: 12-hour braised beef casserole, hearty jus, homemade aligot and glazed carrots, or roast hake with seasonal vegetables are just two examples. The chef doesn't forget to stick to the basics, using only the finest local produce. In terms of ambiance, the dining room is sober and the welcome discreet. The establishment is perfectly positioned on the central plateau. It's one of the few restaurants open on Monday evenings.

il s’agit d’un restaurant clermontois incontournable : cuisine savoureuse, bonne humeur communicative, terrasse sympa : la crème brûlée a la fourme d’ambert aux poires est incontournable, l’oeuf aux légumes un délice et le café gourmand fabuleux ! je conseille

Cet endroit est incroyable. C'est un peu bruyant à l'intérieur, mais sinon le service est exceptionnel et la nourriture est incroyable. J'ai aimé battre la crêpe brûlée au fromage bleu avec des poires. C'était délicieux

Top petit restaurant du vieux Clermont-Ferrand
J’adore venir le midi , la cuisine est bonne , on sent l’expérience de la cuisine, les cuissons , les assaisonnements sont toujours maîtrisés, un vrai pro aux fourneaux
En plus le serveur est super sympa , drôle et attentif
Un resto où on aime bien venir et revenir ????
