Refined cuisine by chef Ludovic Raymond in a bistro on rue des Minimes.

After 5 years on Rue des Gras, Benjamin Brouilloux took the bold step of moving his famous Bistrot d'à côté to the end of Rue des Minimes. The warm decor gives pride of place to wood. Chef Ludovic Raymond can be seen in the open kitchen. This native of Normandy ran La Gabarre near Sarlat for 7 years. Flavor combinations are as judicious as ever, and cooking is perfect. The menu changes every month. Lovers of sweet treats will be delighted to know that a real pastry chef is behind the desserts. Not to be missed!

Au delà de la cuisine qui est excellente , J’y suis allé avec ma femme et « mes 2 monstres de 1 an et 3 ans » au dernier moment un vendredi soir après un long voyage en voiture … et honnêtement je n’ai jamais eu autant d’attention et de bienveillance (surtout par rapport aux enfants très agités que la serveuse a réussi à canaliser avec bcp de tendresse et une personne pour nous aider avec la poussette dans les marches etc …). Le filet mignon est juste excellent … Même la
Clientèle est top et tolérante (en même temps je pense qu’on a les clients qu’on mérite) les recommandations pour le vin parfaite … Bref restaurant juste parfait ???? !!

Tout bonnement excellent, on s’est régalé. L’oeuf parfait se mélangeait parfaitement avec l’émulsion autour un vrai régal. De même pour la tarte au pomme revisité qui était succulente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
