Both the dishes and the cuisine are more than generous. Special mention goes to the pulled beef tacos with cheddar sauce and the sweetbread casserole. The wine list is a perfect accompaniment to the dishes. You'll be well advised. Let yourself be tempted by the old rum. If you don't make a reservation, you're unlikely to eat here, so renowned is this restaurant.

Une plancha de viandes plus succulentes les unes que les autres (et je suis hyper exigeante;-), un service au top .... réellement génial : si vous passez par Clermont Ferrand n'hésitez pas mais réservez . Grande chance pour nous nous y étions a 19h30 sans réservation
