The menu is designed by chefs Cyrille Zen and Éric Manenc and will change with the seasons. Among the must-try dishes: perfect egg at 64°C, coquillettes risotto and truffle cream, beef filet from Aubrac. The local products are of high quality, Paula and Peter Dance for the vegetables, Auvergne marée, Boucherie Challier, Charcuterie Laborie are among the partner producers. The setting is pleasant: design room and terrace overlooking the Place de la Victoire and the cathedral.

Brasserie très sympa, cependant un service qui laisse à désirer... Nous avions commander 4 gaufres au chocolat et 1 au sucre cependant après 45 min d'attente le serveur nous apporte 3 gaufres au sucre ce qui en soit n'est pas gênant l'erreur est humaine, par contre lorsqu'il nous rapporte les bonnes gaufres elles sont froides et en plus c'était les gaufres au sucre retournées et garnis de chocolat ce qui laisse à désirer ...

Brasserie très agréable et bonne pause déjeuner. Cependant un des serveurs me laissent repartir avec un goût amer. En effet, celui-ci prenant un air condescendant et une attitude pressée. Il a des cheveux court, bouclé et un petit tatouage dans le cou.
