Restaurant with terrace offering local quality products.

The menu is designed by chefs Cyrille Zen and Éric Manenc and will change with the seasons. Among the must-try dishes: perfect egg at 64°C, coquillettes risotto and truffle cream, beef filet from Aubrac. The local products are of high quality, Paula and Peter Dance for the vegetables, Auvergne marée, Boucherie Challier, Charcuterie Laborie are among the partner producers. The setting is pleasant: design room and terrace overlooking the Place de la Victoire and the cathedral.

Pass sanitaire
En balade à Clermont , on s’arrête boire un coup dans ce bistro…. Normalement soumis au pass sanitaire comme les autres, même en terrasse. Notre pass a été contrôlé parce qu’on l’a demandé, mais aux tables à côté, pas de contrôle… il me semble qu’il y a des règles. N’est- ce pas une catégorie de professionnels très impactée par la crise du Covid? Et qui a dû fermer pendant plus de 6 mois l’année dernière ? Ce serait bien de respecter les règles, sinon il ne faudra pas venir pleurer si la situation se dégrade et si ça referme !!!
