The establishment could have been called "Les Amis" because it is above all the result of fifteen years of friendship between Ludovic Cury and Jean-Baptiste Fradin. In their warm cocoon, everything seems simple but everything is worked with subtlety, the decoration as well as the cooking. After ten years in the kitchens of the Hotel Radio, Ludovic cooks fresh products with finesse. The plates are superbly prepared. The small menu evolves according to the chef's and his customers' wishes. The two friends advocate a return to simple things, to "real tastes".

C’est goûtu, il y a de la matière, des sauces, c’est une cuisine gourmande et généreuse. C’est fin, les assortiments de saveurs sont bien pensés et sortent des sentiers battus sans pour autant rechercher l’originalité pour l’originalité. La structure des plats est raffinée sans renoncer à la jouissance de la matière.
La carte change assez régulièrement, même pour les habitués. La carte des vins est très fournie et variée et Jean-Baptiste toujours de bons conseils. L’ambiance est conviviale. Que demander de plus ?
