It's a family affair, and you can feel it. Eve Muetton is the daughter of Claude, creator of Odevie, who works at Le Divin. For her first restaurant, she enlisted her father's help. On the menu: the traditional Menu de ma fille, with Mamé's velouté or poached egg for starters, followed by truffade or arctic char, as well as the more elaborate Menu de papa, with roasted scallops, lacquered pig or Zhenglong-style cod steak. For dessert, we can't resist the crunchy chocolate fondant. When it comes to wine, you'll have to rummage through the fine selection in Mom's cellar.
