Audrey and Simon fell in love with the Auvergne while on vacation and promised themselves to open their first restaurant here. It's done and in the heart of the city, in the former premises of the brasserie Chez Flo. They propose a bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, seasonal and local products. The fruits come from Gerzat, the pork from Volvic and the trout from Sancy. The menu changes almost every day. The wines are 100% natural and guaranteed without chemical treatment. A simple and efficient address, which has already received its first Michelin plate.

What an absolute gem, every detail is so carefully thought of, and the food is all sourced locally. We had a delicious slow cooked lamb for our main which was so tender and full of flavour with potatoes, courgettes and broccoli and an incredible bottle of local wine which we had to return today to buy another bottle as it was simply divine. And for dessert I had a strawberry tart, such flavour! Pastry was perfect, delicious creme patisserie, almonds strawberry confiture topped with an almond milk based strawberry ice cream with a hint of raspberry.. The almond milk really allows the flavour of the fruit to take centre stage, my partner had an apricot crumble with an apricot ice cream, so well balanced and just perfect. And the service is exceptional. All in all a simply magical evening. Merci beaucoup!

Quel coup de cœur ! Un lieu épuré où l'on se sent bien, une cuisine savoureuse, des assaisonnements parfaits, des vins natures délicieux et surprenants mais surtout des propriétaires passionnés et d'une grande gentillesse. Merci encore Audrey et Simon, au plaisir de revenir mangez chez vous.

Quelle belle découverte, un petit gastro qui ne paye pas de mine dans une petite rue clermontoise, les entrées, les plats et les desserts sont extraordinaires.... Quel talent... Je reviendrai soyez en sûr !!!

Je recommande En/Vie autant pour la cuisine que pour le service.
Le couple est passioné, ça se sent dans l’assiette et dans le verre.
La serveuse est incroyablement aimable, humaine et attentionnée. Elle sera vous guidée pour choisir le vin adequate a votre plat.
