Audrey and Simon fell in love with the Auvergne while on vacation and promised themselves to open their first restaurant here. It's done and in the heart of the city, in the former premises of the brasserie Chez Flo. They propose a bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, seasonal and local products. The fruits come from Gerzat, the pork from Volvic and the trout from Sancy. The menu changes almost every day. The wines are 100% natural and guaranteed without chemical treatment. A simple and efficient address, which has already received its first Michelin plate.
