This is an unusual establishment. Its location, near the train station, in a district in full revival, is a strong sign. It is virtuous and tasty at the same time. Beyond being a very good restaurant, with beautiful and colorful dishes, Toques Académie is a committed and united restaurant. It is a restaurant-school, where in the kitchen as well as in the dining room, young apprentices with disabilities are integrated into the team and trained by the chef Hugo Czechowicz. Another particularity is that some people in precarious situations benefit from an adapted rate. And last but not least, the short circuit is privileged. Here, grabbing your fork is a good deed!
