La Table de Fred is the name of Fred Alfonsi, the owner of this small restaurant nestled in the historic district of Montferrand. The chef's menu now gives pride of place to local produce and, where possible, organic or sustainable agriculture. He sublimates traditional cuisine, always with a touch of modernity and a pinch of originality. The mix of flavors delighted our taste buds. The portions are generous and the desserts delicious. Choose the dining room rather than the small terrace, on a busy street.

Étant moi même restaurateur, quand j'entends Mr Fred parler a ces clients en dénigrant sa serveuse, franchement c'est pitoyable archi nul comme formateur. Je pense qu'une petite visite de la DDPP ainsi que l'inspection du travail lui ferait grand bien. Les 2 serveuses en question se reconnaîtront.

Excellente adresse. Le midi, le menu est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le soir les plats sont soignés, copieux et surtout délicieux. La truffade est d'excellente qualité (servie à l'assiette). Toujours de belles découvertes côté vins. Les produits locaux ont la part belle dans ce restaurant. Le service est très agréable, mention spéciale pour le rhum arrangé ;)
