The menu changes regularly according to the season's produce and what's on sale at the market, so there's plenty of variety to keep you coming back for more. It's a real guarantee of flavor and freshness. The dishes are excellent and the welcome discreet, attentive and pleasant. A long-standing favorite, nestled at the foot of Clermont-Ferrand cathedral.

On nous l'avez recommandé et il mérite de l'être.
Salade de lentilles truite fumée, ou gratin de pied de porc.
Andouillette ou tartare de limousine accompagné d'une excellente truffade. Le tout accompagné de L’Incompris du Tressallier, une découverte de vin blanc qui nous a envoûté tout du long.
Un accueil convivial (avec une musique que les jeunes de moins de 40 ans...:-) On n'y retournera.
