The address is hard to find. Its entrance is at the end of a long corridor, wedged between two stores on Place Sugny. Two fairly spacious rooms await you. The owner greets you with a jar of rillettes and a bread basket. The atmosphere is set. What makes this place so famous is not its rather basic decor, but the quality of its meats (prime rib, duck breast, etc.), accompanied by truffade. Portions are generous (it's also possible to order half portions of meat... 180 g all the same).

La carte est simple et efficace. De très bonnes pièces de boucher sont proposées dans ce restaurant situé dans "la plus vieille rue de Clermont Ferrand" à ce qu'on dit.
La truffade est excellente, la salade aussi. N'hésitez pas à leur donner votre cuisson préférée pour la viande ;)
