Le Royan is a friendly neighborhood bistro run by Franck and Nathalie, with chef Cécilia in the kitchen. You can have your coffee at the counter or enjoy the terrace (heated) with a view on the Puy de Dôme. The lunch menu is displayed on the slate: Royan burger, chef's salad... Fast service and smiling welcome. In season, you can buy oysters to eat on the spot or to take away. In the evening, aperitif platters are offered. The only (slight) drawback is the noisy side of the room which, being a little small, quickly resounds with the noise of animated conversations.
