Taken over by Arnaud Villedieu, the restaurant Le Six3 offers itself a new direction, fresher, while keeping its brasserie side. The revived decoration highlights exhibitions of local artists. In the kitchens, behind the stoves, Geoffroy Perruchot proposes a tasty traditional cuisine entirely home-made, with fresh products. As a result, the menu includes bavettes, burgers, salads (one of which is vegan), avocado toast, truffade and a different dish every day: lasagna, boeuf bourguignon, osso buco... A must in the neighborhood for those who want to have a good time, a little gourmet break before going back to work.
