A Lyonnais "bouchon" run by a friendly duo: Louis in the kitchen, Pauline in the dining room. On the menu, you will find the dishes that have made the culinary reputation of Lyon's gastronomy: apron of sapper and gribiche sauce, pike quenelle, sweetbreads, chicken in vinegar. The establishment proposes of course in cheese the famous brain of canuts (house!). Wines from independent wine growers have been carefully selected and are served in fillette lyonnaise or pot lyonnais. The welcome is warm, do not hesitate to push the door!

Par contre la compotée qui accompagne le foie gras et que l'on retrouve dans tous les autres plats, ça c'est pas super surtout avec les ris de veau.
