In 2018 Valentin and Clement Deguenne became the owners of this institution in the Place de la Victoire. Summer 2019, the transformation of Maître Kanter is completed, the establishment is renamed Brasserie Madeleine. As for the decor, the Alsatian atmosphere is, for the moment, still de rigueur. The terrace, which was already very pleasant, has been renovated for greater comfort. As for the menu, it is always as full and tempting, from sauerkraut to seafood platter, including a burger or a mussel casserole. In short, there is always something for everyone. Additions have been made, such as flexitarian dishes (healthy quinoa bowl, veggie burger, tuna tartar...) or specialties like geisha salad. Fresh fish, Madeleine signature dish, homemade...: all the mentions are indicated on the menu, which makes it easier to choose.
