Excellente cuisine, explosion de saveurs à chaque plat. Service des plats impeccable. Service des vins dédié ce soir à une seule table. Dommage. Acoustique de la salle fatigant, beaucoup de réverbération qui rend inaudible les explications des plats. Il m'a manqué de rencontrer le cuisinier. Un petit tour de salle permettrait de mettre un visage sur cette belle cuisine. Je recommande l'expérience.
