Je suis un habitué des belles tables auvergnates et le moment passé était juste exceptionnel !
Un service génial, un sommelier joueur, pertinent et subtil dans ces propositions et surtout, une explosions de saveurs dans chacun des plats que nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster.
Nous avons eu la chance de percevoir toute la générosité et le savoir-faire du chef...

Service à la fois sérieux et chaleureux. Le seul petit point d’amélioration serait d’avoir un petit fond musical pour mettre a l’aise dès le départ du repas.
