Magnifique expérience pour mon premier restaurant étoilé. Service irréprochable (rythme parfait, chaleureux, assez formel sans pour autant être obséquieux) et cuisine marquée par une grande humilité et un parti-pris local et de saison que nous ne pouvons que soutenir. Pour ma part, sur les neufs services, aucun bémol et deux plats inoubliables. Bravo et merci au chef Hébrard et à toute son équipe.

Nous avons testé seulement la formule du midi à 30€.
Du début à la fin cela a été un sans faute tant au niveau du goût que de la qualité de l'accueil.
Le seul petit reproche que nous avons réussi à trouver concerne l'acoustique de la pièce.
