To give you an example of an original gourmet creation, let's start with a pressé of duck foie gras from the Domaine de Limagne with soft fruit and chestnut caramel, followed by a main course of hare à la royale and sweet tapas for dessert. Don't miss the prepared cheese (a local specialty).
