In the kitchen, chef Christophe Kovaks offers gourmet cuisine of the highest standards. To give you an example of an original gourmet creation, let's start with a pressé of duck foie gras from the Domaine de Limagne with soft fruit and chestnut caramel, followed by a main course of hare à la royale and sweet tapas for dessert. Un lieu idéal pour un dîner à deux. Une cuisine raffinée et surprenante. L'accueil et l'ambiance est chaleureuse pour y passer un très agréable moment.
Je recommande vivement, une adresse à ne pas rater à Clermont Ferrand !
