Stuffed cabbage, bourguignon, vol-au-vent: French cuisine is in the spotlight, to our great delight. In the kitchen, Johan works with fresh, seasonal and local produce. Meat lovers will delight in recipes concocted with beef from Salers or Aubrac. Seafood is also on offer, and is one of the restaurant's specialties. Fish, shellfish and crustaceans all come from the French coast. Vegetarians are also catered for, with two dishes devised and simmered by the chef. In the dining room, Vanessa takes care of every detail.
