L'En-But has a panoramic view of the ASM Clermont-Auvergne pitch on one side, and a panoramic view of the Chaîne des Puys on the other side of the covered terrace. Stéphane Ranieri is a Toque d'Auvergne chef and offers inventive, tasty cuisine. He and his team work exclusively with fresh seasonal produce. The restaurant is ideal for group meals. Service is friendly and attentive. The chef doesn't hesitate to chat with customers at the end of the service.

La cuisine est impeccable, très goûteuse et parfaitement maîtrisée. Les vins proposés s'accordent à merveille avec les plats, bravo au sommelier ! Et un service génial, très pro, tout en s'adaptant avec quelques touches d'humour quand c'est nécessaire.
