589-BAY is a bar, street-food kiosk and restaurant, where the chef offers creative cuisine based on the finest ingredients.
On the site of the former Caves Tissandier stands a "hybrid place", part bar, part street-food kiosk, part restaurant. Behind the concept is Simon Deguirard, chef already seen at La Goguette and more recently at Amba, now 589bistro. The place has been pleasantly renovated and transformed. We love the way the different areas have been linked together, revealing a beautiful glass roof under which to dine and an inner courtyard ideal for aperitifs with friends. On the plate, astonishment is also the order of the day: good products such as scallops and confit pig are given pride of place, with creative results!
