The residence Les Lauréades has nearly 120 studios. Its advantage? The aparthotel is located in the heart of the city, right next to the Place de Jaude. Its rates are therefore interesting for such a location. The studios are bright and simply decorated, but clean and practical for those who need to stay with all the amenities, independent and without fuss for a few days or longer. Each one can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped mini-kitchen, a bed, a table, a desk, a bathroom and a toilet, all with wifi and air conditioning. Hotel services include breakfast, cleaning, laundry and photocopying.

L'accueil est cependant très sympathique. La situation de l'établissement , bien que dans une rue très étroite, est idéale pour le centre ville. L'établissement est calme mais les bruits extérieurs, surtout le matin, sont assez gênants. Pas de climatisation. Pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Malgré "l'erreur" de nettoyage, qui je pense ne se reproduira plus, je reviendrai.
