Accueil et service toujours impeccable. Un grand merci à l'équipe Appart'City de Clermont-Ferrand qui se distingue particulièrement par la qualité de ses prestations et nous permet à chaque fois un séjour très agréable. Il en est de même pour les services des petits déjeuners. Un buffet très diversifié et riche. Merci pour cet accueil souriant chaque matin dans cet espace déjeuner et à toute l'équipe de manière générale. Toujours porté de bon services. Mon épouse et moi-même vous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour vos prochains séjours. Bien cordialement à tous. Mr et Mme Bouchireb.

Problème avec la porte d'entrée, très dur à ouvrir, elle frotte au sol sur le carrelage, à faire un réglage, manque un verre en carton dans la salle de bain quand on se lave les dents

C'EST DOMMAGE QUE VOUS NE DISPOSIEZ PAS DE GRAND LIT. Les petits lits me donnent mal au dos et je risque de privilegier UN AUTRE HOTEL pour MES 6 prochains sejours a clermont. SINON SEJOUR PARFAIT
