Donner des chambres repeinte il y a même pas une semaine. Odeur forte qui attaque les yeux. C’est abusé.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel car nous avons assisté au match de rugby. L'hôtel est tb situé à quelques minutes à pieds du stade. Nous avons été bien accueilli, la chambre était très spacieuse et vraiment très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié il y en a pour tout le monde.

Chambre familiale avec couchage médiocre, pas de pression dans la douche, salle de sport fermée pour travaux mais non mentionnée à la réservation, petit déjeuner servi dans une zone de passage , carte magnétique désactivée avant notre départ (avant 10h donc bien avant l’heure limite)

I notified hotel front desk that my refrigerator wasn’t working day I arrived at hotel. It is not a big deal, but at least get some feedback on status. Every-time I ask of status, I get impression why are you bothering me service. It has been over 6 days now & it is still not working. It is little things like this I leave a review on. I will be posting a bad review on my company website & will be following up on with hotel review.

Très déçu. J'avais l'habitude d'être client dans cette établissement il y a ~10 ans. Et à l'époque, c'était très bien. Mais l'hôtel est resté dans son jus. Et le quartier s'est dégradé. Hôtel plutôt bruyant et pas très propre. Cage d'ascenseur sale et beaucoup de poussière sur les moquettes de chambres...
