Bien pour faire du shopping et se promener dans le vieux Clermont.
Il y'a pas mal de boutiques de grandes marques (vêtements, bijoux, décoration, jeux vidéo, jouets), cinéma, boulangerie.
C'est le lieu le plus fréquenté de Clermont-Ferrand.
Il y'a un parking souterrain payant à disposition avec ascenseur.
Le parking est souvent complet le samedi après-midi d'ailleurs.
