In Clermont-Ferrand, textiles take centre stage at the International Festival of Extraordinary Textiles!
The International Festival of Extraordinary Textiles promotes the heritage values of textiles, their traditional meanings and their contemporary expression. The aim is to bring together artisans, weavers, designers, creators, collectors and the curious. FITE is the fruit of collaboration between the Musée Bargoin, the Metropole de Clermont and HS_Projets. It includes an exhibition at the Musée Bargoin and some thirty events in various locations... After a 2024 edition in Clermont-Ferrand, the festival will take place in Brazil in 2025.
