ÉCOLE CLERMONTOISE DE KARATÉ

Founded in 1977, the Karate Clerical School has built a solid reputation. Affiliated to the Clermontois Stadium, the association provides initiation and development in karaté-Do and has established the Baby Karaté sections (4 years old) and Karaté kids (8 years). The school also offers self-defense courses. Good reflexes and techniques from martial arts are acquired, and self-control is taught without aggressiveness. The body-karate sessions (from 16 years old), without physical contact, make you work your tone in music. Finally, El-chi-chuan teaches you to know your body, your breathing, and to access your best abilities.
