On Saturday afternoons, the area to the right of the store is transformed into a culinary workshop. All the ingredients are ready on the tables. The group of 6 to 12 follows the explanations attentively, reproduces the gestures and prepares a dish. There's a choice of courses for preparing gyoza, japchae, bulgogi, kimpap, onigiri and kimchi. Once the class is over, you leave happy with the time you've spent, and with the dish you've just prepared. The class ends a little later, at home, with a tasting of your work.
