CAF

The CAF plays a major role, distributing most of the social assistance: family allowances, back-to-school allowances, housing allowances, allowances for disabled adults, old age allowances, allowances for stay-at-home parents, or the RSA and the activity allowance, and thus supporting a large part of the French population. Often criticized, especially for its cumbersome administration, it is nevertheless an organization that listens.
