Assemblia defines itself as a link builder. Much more than a social landlord, it is the result of the merger between Logidôme and SEAu. It has thus become the first multi-activity company in the housing sector. The Entreprise Publique Locale offers nearly 10,000 housing units for rent, mainly located in the Clermont-Ferrand metropolitan area. Each year, the organization allocates approximately 900 housing units. Assemblia is developing its portfolio with regular construction, rehabilitation and energy renovation of housing.
