Leave the Saint-Alyre/Fontgiève area and go back to the city center and Jaude Square. Around this route, some of which are similar to those of a quiet village, you will discover: the Saint-Alyre institution, the former Benedictine abbey, located on Saint-Georges Street; the petrifying fountain of Peru; the Vaudois city, rue Gaultier-de-Biauzat, private property containing several nineteenth century bourgeois houses. Take Gaillard Square towards the Etoile Square where the judicial city, built in 1992 by Bernard Kohn, has replaced the general hospital of the seventeenth century. From there, go through the area through the square of the Champgil towards Jaude Square. On the side of Bonnabaud Street, the wall of the Sarrasins, a Roman ruin in Rameau Street, surrounded by sophisticated nineteenth century architectures and other Art Deco facades.
