Maison Cruzilles perpetuates the tradition of the master confectioners of Auvergne in the manufacture of its fruit jellies and candied fruits. Since 1880, the confectionery has cultivated a unique savoir-faire, with an emphasis on natural, preservative-free products, including organic references. Innovation is just as present as tradition, notably with Dés Lisses®, born of the desire to offer a less sweet product to leave more room for fruit. With this new product, Cruzilles is moving with the times, bringing fruit jellies up to date.

Maison Cruzilles is one of the last - and oldest - artisan fruit jelly factories. Founded in 1880 and nestled in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne, the birthplace of the famous confectionery, it is dedicated to producing high-quality fruit jellies, candied fruits and marrons glacés.
The selection of raw materials has been an integral part of the House's signature know-how since its creation. The fruits used to make both candied fruits and fruit jellies are selected with the utmost care and attention to detail. The taste of the fruit, the high standards and the know-how guide the teams on a daily basis.
Anchored in tradition but resolutely turned towards the future, Maison Cruzilles is committed to responding to new trends as it develops its ranges. Desugared products, new flavour combinations and new shapes are offered for sale throughout the year.
