For almost 60 years, the brand has been delighting its loyal and demanding clientele. The sight of the shop window alone is mouth-watering. Beef, lamb and veal come from local producers, venison from the Cantal, wild boar from the Allier, farm-raised pork from the Auvergne... the choice is rich. Jérémie Lautard and Lucas Texeraud, the two proprietors, carefully select each meat on the farm. The delicatessen section, with its speciality of brazier cooking, is also highly appreciated. The butcher's shop also features a grocery corner. A very good address that also offers 25 seats and a terrace for lunchtime gourmets!
