Nicolas Brugerolles is a graduate of the Chamalières cooking school. Today, the chef shares his passion for cooking and the art of the table with Création Gourmande. The team likes to innovate in the mix of flavors, but also knows how to flatter a more traditional cuisine and propose organic or vegetarian dishes... They work with small-scale organic and fair-trade producers, from whom they select the best each season. Finally, the chef offers cooking workshops for adults and children alike.
