South of Wat Pho, Bangkok's flower market, one of Asia's largest markets, is open day and night. This colourful and fragrant market specialises in plants and flowers. Many orchids. Originally formed into five separate markets, this large market has now become one. It is therefore the largest and best supplied with flowers, plants and fruits and vegetables in the city. It's beautiful! It's beautiful! We have a slight preference for the night time, between 3 and 4 in the morning, because it is cooler and more lively.

Spectacle unique...des rues entières de vendeurs de fleurs qui s entassent sur le trottoir...des roses, des œillets, des œillets d Inde et des murs d orchidées!! Somptueux!

Je n'ai pas était vraiment emballé par la visite du marché aux fleurs, très petits et rien d'exceptionnelle pour l'Asie. Il y a en effet des orchidées coupées à profusion mais c'est tout. Du faite qu'il est à côté du grand marché centrale de Bnngkok, la visite est néanmoins à faire.
