For those, necessarily many, who would not have had the opportunity to appreciate the divine cuisine of the 2-star restaurant of the Pourcel Brothers in Montpellier; why not do it at a more reasonable cost in Bangkok. The Pourcel Brothers are only rarely behind the furnaces in the Thai capital, but the spirit of their kitchen remains intact and the quality is there. The modern décor, the idyllic atmosphere, the panoramic view, an impressive wine list and attentive service are other assets of the restaurant.
